The top speaker on my iPhone 12 Pro is broken and after a bad experience with a different shop, I was reluctant to work with another local repair service. However, I had an excellent experience! I sent a request for a quote and received a call in less than 5 minutes. Zo explained that because the iPhone 12 Pro speaker is paired to the FaceID, there is a proprietary encryption algorithm that only Apple has access to and only they can fix it. He saved me time and money, as the other shop insisted it could still be fixed (at a high price). I really appreciate the quick, honest service. Highly recommended!

Customer Service was absolutely great! I wish I would have found them first before buying a new phone. It would have been cheaper. Even with the new phone I had to repair my old phone, but thats ok. I recommend this place for your phone issues.

I had a really good experience with PC EMT. Zo assisted me with both of my laptops that needed their keyboards replaced. He was very helpful, upfront with the pricing, and kept me informed throughout the process. He responded quickly, took care of the issues, and had both of my laptops fixed pretty quickly. Absolutely great service! Had a PS5 that was having issues, and they identified the issues and gave me clear understanding of the costs and risks. And when that initial repair failed, they fixed it again at no charge and it works great! Highly recommended!

I got hacked by the evite scam and had to have my computer refreshed to like new condition. Zo and his team turned my computer around in less that 48 hours. Sure, it was a pain to have to reinstall everything, but it was the only solution since the hack was so deep in the OS. In the end it might have been a bonus since the machine was a few years old and a lot of 'junk' was removed that wasn't doing me any favors. I'm so happy to be back in business. My gaming laptop was fixed here months ago for an overheating problem. The team was so informative, friendly and made sure I was frequently updated. They even let me come to the back to inspect my device to ensure the problem was resolved before I took it back home with me and I haven't had any issues since! You can tell they really care about helping people here. If my problem comes back in the future (as laptops made for intensive gaming tend to do) I will be visiting PC EMT here again!

Let me tell you about this legend who fixed my ps5 in like two hours. So as some of you might know, a game called deltarune chapter 5 came out last week, and I was extremely excited for it and really wanted to play it on launch day. Unfortunately my ps5 had been broken for awhile, the hdmi port wasnt connecting anymore, and everyone I called said they would take weeks to fix it. So I took it over here after getting an estimate, and asked him how long the repair would take. He said it would be done in two or three days, gave me a good chat about how the repair worked, (very thorough I might add) and I handed it over. I went home to take a nap and woke up to someone calling my phone. It was the pc guys! I answered it a bit worried they were going to say that they couldn't fix it, instead they told me it was already finished. They had managed to work it in their schedule. I got to play the game the day it came out and everything, and its been working beautifully every since. My sincerest thanks to the team!
