I made a call on June 7 when I discovered that the screen on my laptop was halfway blacked out and needed to be replaced. As I arrived with my laptop they also noticed that my battery was trying to burst and needed to be replaced as well (something that I was aware of), so I decided to get them both fixed and dare I say it was 1000% worth the price and the 2-week wait time. Thanks to them my laptop looks like it was 'fresh out the box' brand new. Exceeded my expectations too the fullest. This company I highly recommend!

I recently used PC EMT to repair the damaged screen on my son's iPad air and I had an excellent experience. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly and the quote I received was very fair and the cheapest of the 3 repair quotes I received. The replacement screen was ordered and received by the shop within a few days and the repair completed the same day the part was received. I recently had my iPhone XR screen fixed by Zo and his team. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I reached out in the morning via the quote option on their website, and received a response within minutes. I came by as a walk-in later in the day, and my phone screen was fixed and running perfectly in less than an hour. Zo also cleaned my speaker area and fixed my FaceTime, which was also not functioning properly. I am very clumsy with phones, so when I inevitably break my screen again, I will be bringing it back here!

First of all, PC EMT's prices are very competitive (call around and get quotes from others if you don't believe it).Secondly, Zo is a superb communicator. He is very clear, and to the point, and when he says something to you (price or pickup date), you can take it to the bank.Thirdly and most importantly (and this is the NO. 1 REASON I strongly recommend you consider PC EMT), Zo stands by his work. Zo was upfront about the issues with my computer and I was able to have a comfort factor about the possibilities; 80/20 in my favor. Seems as if the 80% is the winner as my computer has responded nicely. Pricing was a little high in my opinion, but I don't really have a basis, however I'm happy to have spent the money as the problem seems to have been solved.Zo is a nice guy and very transparent in what he promised which I appreciated and had a solution if the computer didn't respond.Hopefully I don't have any more computer issues, but if I do, I'll be back at PC EMT-Alpharetta.Thanks Zo!
