Zo the owner and Mason the technician were amazing! Mason was able to fix my iPhone that was stuck in recovery mode in less than 30 min and Zo is one of the most chill guys I’ve ever met. I definitely recommend using pcemt if you have any technical issues

I've been a PCEMT customer for years. Every time I've used their service, I've been impressed by their professionalism. They consistently underpromise and overdeliver. This time, Riley took care of my old MacBook Pro and, as always, fixed the issue and improved its performance. Reasonable prices and excellent quality. Highly recommended.

My gaming laptop was fixed here months ago for an overheating problem. The team was so informative, friendly and made sure I was frequently updated. They even let me come to the back to inspect my device to ensure the problem was resolved before I took it back home with me and I haven't had any issues since! You can tell they really care about helping people here. If my problem comes back in the future (as laptops made for intensive gaming tend to do) I will be visiting PC EMT here again!

Let me tell you about this legend who fixed my ps5 in like two hours. So as some of you might know, a game called deltarune chapter 5 came out last week, and I was extremely excited for it and really wanted to play it on launch day. Unfortunately my ps5 had been broken for awhile, the hdmi port wasnt connecting anymore, and everyone I called said they would take weeks to fix it. So I took it over here after getting an estimate, and asked him how long the repair would take. He said it would be done in two or three days, gave me a good chat about how the repair worked, (very thorough I might add) and I handed it over. I went home to take a nap and woke up to someone calling my phone. It was the pc guys! I answered it a bit worried they were going to say that they couldn't fix it, instead they told me it was already finished. They had managed to work it in their schedule. I got to play the game the day it came out and everything, and its been working beautifully every since. My sincerest thanks to the team!

iPhone 16 Pro screen needed a full replacement. They were able to do this within just a few hours. Awesome, friendly service. Would use again - but hopefully I won't need to! Months later, everything still works great.

Took my PS5 there for and update error Nathan and Mason looked at it for about 10 mins found the problem and they fixed it and had it ready in 45mins. I will be going to them for now on for any problems I have with any of my electronics

My phone is fixed!!! Dropped my phone in the toilet and quickly retrieved it. The insides still worked, but the screen was black. Took it to place #1, and was devastated when the tech told me it probably was irreparable 😥 Two weeks later- imagine going TWO weeks without a phone, the right screen couldn't be ordered, and I thought all hope was lost- thousands of pictures I failed to back up, not to mention my contacts. I found PC EMT and it's high rating and brought it, not expecting much. The nicest guy on the planet took it to his tech, and I was told he COULD get the screen! None of this, "It could break while installing the new screen" as I'd heard at place #1. This was on Tuesday, and he said it would be ready by Thursday. Three hours later, my husband emailed me that my beloved phone was ready! PC EMT has not only repaired my phone, a phone I basically had been told by others was a lost cause, they saved my precious, irreplaceable photos ❤️ They also were a hundred dollars cheaper than the first place. I'll never go anywhere else

Wonderful experience start to finish. Texted pcemt regarding my phone issues and was able to schedule same day service to get everything repaired. Repair was done and phone is like new again with a new battery and ear speaker.

My computer needed a new cooling fan, and Zo was extremely professional, found a new one quickly, and his team installed it for me, all for an affordable price. They were very quick as well and Zo always was courteous and professional, and gave exemplary customer service. He even fixed a broken part in my laptop that was making a noise when I would open and close it for free! Great service and great business.

I bought my iPhone 13 Pro Max on Amazon and it wasn’t functioning properly so I brought it to PC EMT and they fixed everything on my phone. They fixed the Face ID issue, broken screen, and my phone going black during phone calls. They deserve 5 stars.

PC EMT replaced the logic board in my 2020 MacBook Pro after a graphics failure and upgraded me from an i5 to an i7. The price was very fair compared to Apple, turnaround was within a week, and communication was top notch the whole time. My MacBook runs great now. Highly recommend for any repairs.

I had nearly melted my phone in an oven. But enough about me and my foolishness... I went into the store and asked to have the charging port replaced. This was me trying to diagnose the problem and find a cheap way out. I just wanted to get the USB port working to the point where I could talk to it. Well, that didn't work out (not their fault at all), so I let him make the next suggestion. I decided to let him do his job and less than 24 hours later he had it working perfectly! I am very happy with the service.

I was having one of the worst days imaginable. From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., I was stuck trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. After going to the Apple Store, I was told my motherboard was completely destroyed and that there was nothing they could do. My only options were microsoldering or data recovery, both quoted at $700+. Normally, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay if it meant getting my data back. The photos and videos on that phone were incredibly important to me, especially since my grandma had recently passed and those memories were all I had left of her. After grabbing food and clearing my head, I searched Google Maps for microsoldering shops. The first place told me to “wait a minute” and then hung up on me. The second place was PC EMT. Zo, the owner, answered the phone with: “Every day’s a good day here at PC EMT, how can I help you?” I explained what was going on, and right away he was skeptical of Apple’s diagnosis. When I mentioned microsoldering, he said, “Bring it in. Let’s take a look.” He sounded genuine and kind, so I immediately drove over. I live in Cumming, and they close at 6, so I got there around 4:50. When I walked in, I held the door for an older woman ahead of me. Zo was incredibly patient, honest, and respectful with her, not trying to upsell or take advantage in any way. That alone told me I was in the right place. When it was my turn, Zo remembered our phone call and brought my phone back for his technician to inspect. After opening it up, he noticed the phone was actually very clean and intact, except for a small Face ID component near the top. He brought me to the back, showed me the part, and explained that it might be the only issue. We agreed to try replacing it. While I waited, Zo and I just talked about life. We laughed, joked, and had real conversation. After the day I’d had, that alone meant a lot. In the back, I overheard Zo and his technician Mason say something along the lines of, “Let’s clear this guy’s frustration and save his memories.” Not long after, Zo came out smiling and said, “Your passcode works,” his way of telling me my phone was back on. Mason finished reassembling the phone, I paid, and just like that, a day full of stress, tears, and frustration completely turned around. From now on, for as long as I’m alive, PC EMT is the only place I’ll ever take my devices. Zo and Mason didn’t just fix my phone. They saved my memories, and they did it honestly, compassionately, and at a price that didn’t make me feel taken advantage of. Thank you, Zo and Mason. Truly.
