I recently had my iPhone XR screen fixed by Zo and his team. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I reached out in the morning via the quote option on their website, and received a response within minutes. I came by as a walk-in later in the day, and my phone screen was fixed and running perfectly in less than an hour. Zo also cleaned my speaker area and fixed my FaceTime, which was also not functioning properly. I am very clumsy with phones, so when I inevitably break my screen again, I will be bringing it back here!

Zo is the best in the area at cell/laptop repair, and let me tell you why. First of all, PC EMT's prices are very competitive (call around and get quotes from others if you don't believe it).Secondly, Zo is a superb communicator. He is very clear, and to the point, and when he says something to you (price or pickup date), you can take it to the bank.Thirdly and most importantly (and this is the NO. 1 REASON I strongly recommend you consider PC EMT), Zo stands by his work. If you're not 100% satisfied, he will take care of you. I had an iPhone 14 Pro battery that had a defect (which are very rare, and not Zo's fault), and he went out of the way to make it right.I always prioritize great companies (Costco, Home Depot, PC EMT) that stand by their work. Zo was upfront about the issues with my computer and I was able to have a comfort factor about the possibilities; 80/20 in my favor. Seems as if the 80% is the winner as my computer has responded nicely. Pricing was a little high in my opinion, but I don't really have a basis, however I'm happy to have spent the money as the problem seems to have been solved.Zo is a nice guy and very transparent in what he promised which I appreciated and had a solution if the computer didn't respond.Hopefully I don't have any more computer issues, but if I do, I'll be back at PC EMT-Alpharetta.Thanks Zo!

What a great experience! My Dell XPS laptop died when liquid spilled on it. I was panicked, thinking that it would take too much time and money to repair. Zo clearly explained the diagnostic process and cost. As expected, my laptop needed a new motherboard. Zo kept me in the loop on the order status, and my laptop was completed a day after the part arrived - only a week total turnaround. Thanks also to Tom the tech for the excellent repair. Saved me about 50% of the cost of a new laptop. I highly recommend Zo and team.

My HP Laptop would not turn on and two computer repair shops told me over the phone that I should just get a new laptop; that because of age of my laptop either could not be repaired or if could repair would be very expensive. A friend of mine HIGHLY recommended PCEMT and PCEMT successfully repaired my laptop by replacing the DC Jack and the Keyboard. The cost was a fraction of buying a new laptop. I used PC EMT to do a battery replacement on my Dell laptop. Not the most challenging of tasks, but they did a great job. Customer service is excellent, and they were lightning fast. I dropped off the laptop Friday evening and got a call that it was ready before they even opened on Saturday morning. They even cleaned up the laptop for me.Overall, great experience.

The Best of the Best. Short version my phone got damaged, as in unrecognizable!. I went to replace it for a totally new one, however I was recommended by the sales rep to try PCMT. I approached them with little optimism and to my surprise they said they could have it repaired within 24 hours. My case was badly damaged and screen cracked. I came back the next day and as promised they delivered a phone that appeared to be fresh off the shelf. I am so happy 😊 😃. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Want to start by saying that my moms phone was dropped in the ocean and was submerged for a good 10-15 minutes while looking for it and we had little to no hope to get it fixed even Apple said they couldn’t fix it and left my mom devastated because she had family photos spanning back to 2010-2024 along with priceless videos of family events and past achievements and she couldn’t remember she last backed up her phone but the moment I brought the phone Dr.Zo had full confidence to be able to get the phone back up and running for a very fair price inspection and full phone cleaned. After a few days he gave me a call saying a few parts needed to be replace and I gave my approval and in only 2 DAYS this thought to be lost and broken phone is now back up and running and he even did a iCloud backup and even made sure to have the phone fully charged and was backed up for us! Due to the fast turn around time and very well price and Superior Customer service and Very friendly staff they have now locked me in as a customer for any other phone and computer needs will be 110% recommending them and gravitating any and all family & friends to PC Emt.

I am from Ireland and travel to the States a lot. Let me tell you I have visited many different repair stores in different countries, and this is BY FAR THE BEST STORE EVER! I was blown away by not only how polite, respectful, and helpful the store manager was, but by how knowledgeable he was too. He only wanted the best for me and went out of his way to explain the process. This even made me want to also buy a new cover also for my iphone and again went out of his way to suggest the best.The only problem is that when I am back in Ireland I cannot easily go to this store if I ever have a problem again because I would in a heartbeat.This store is an asset to the community thank you.
